These SMS Terms of Service govern text messages sent by M & D Professional Enterprises P.L.L.C, doing business as Mind Over Body Psychiatry. By opting in or otherwise providing legally sufficient consent, you agree to these terms.
1. Program Description
Mind Over Body Psychiatry uses SMS for external conversations and customer care. Messages may include human-to-human replies to inquiries, appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders, office or administrative notifications, responses involving caregivers or authorized representatives, and communications with pharmacies, providers, payers, or other authorized parties. This SMS program does not include marketing or promotional messages unless separate legally sufficient consent is obtained.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving healthcare services. Message frequency varies according to your appointments, requests, and conversations. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s terms and charges govern your mobile service.
4. Opting Out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from this program unless you later opt in again by replying START or providing new consent. An opt-out applies to SMS messages and does not prevent us from contacting you through another method when permitted or required.

7. Healthcare and Emergency Limitations

Message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not guarantee that every message will be received or reviewed within a particular period.

We may update these SMS Terms periodically. Updated terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the SMS program after an update is subject to the updated terms.
